1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 100m mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Venue Access and Check-In

100m requires you to physically be at a supported venue to access its location-locked social room. You agree not to spoof your location, share QR codes outside of the physical venue, or otherwise attempt to bypass these verification mechanisms.

3. Conduct and Moderation

Users are expected to behave respectfully towards others in the venue and within the app. Venue admins and 100m administrators reserve the right to ban, moderate, or remove users who violate community guidelines or create an unsafe environment.

4. Limitation of Liability

100m provides a platform for connecting people within verified venues. We are not responsible for the real-world interactions that result from these matches or any issues that occur within the venue premises.
